Based on rice and vegetables, the menu offers bhel puri, a sweet and sour puffed rice and tomato concoction; Vada, a deep-fried lentil doughnut; or masala dosai, a huge crepe stuffed with spiced potatoes and vegetables. The chic comfort food concept is headed by Chef de Cuisine Ian Winslade; the multicultural menu taps French, Asian and Italian influences for dishes including Maine lobster with crispy potatoes and spicy aioli, truffle fontina pizza, glazed beef short ribs and bacon-wrapped shrimp with avocado and passion fruit mustard.
